I am 24yrs old and i work as a medical assistant for a children's hospital in Birmingham Alabama. I have a twin sister who is in the marines who is a motivating force behind me getting fit. Standing next to her in recent pictures i noticed that i was becoming the pudgy twin. So it is my goal to be as fit as my sister :)
