Hi, everyone. I am a divorced single parent who has been living in Georgia for 11 years. After moving in Georgia I started gradually gaining weight. I have tried several diets and exercise programs. I tried to Atkins diet along with Turbo Jam and lost 40 pounds in the past. But after stopping and going by to my ole ways the weight is back. I purchased p90x about 2 years ago, turned on the CD on time and couldn’t do it. It’s been on the shelf ever since.

I was in a car accident in May of 2009, since then I have been having horrible back pain. I have been in the bed for the past few days not being able to move. I was diagnosed with a slip disc and sciatica. After seeing one of the beach body competitions, I was motivated to get up and try it again. The experience that caught my attention the most was an older woman 60+, who also had sciatica. She was able to do the video and now her pain disappeared. Hopefully that will be me. .

I started and stopped several times for the past two years but could never stick to it. Hopefuly this will be the last time..
