I am a single, 23 year old, fitness enthusiast! I am currently working in law enforcement, and have a background in private and corporate security work.
During my high school days I was very actively involved in sports. I played high school baseball, football, and ice hockey. During my junior year of high school I was introduced into bodybuilding and powerlifting. I competed in one powerlifting competition, placing 3rd over all. I went on to coach many of my friends in competitive bodybuilding and helped them get into incredible on stage shape, many of them placing 2nd place or better in there respective bodybuilding competitions. During college, I got very interested in martial arts, and loved the fitness aspects of it. I have 8 years of Fitness experience. Until I started training with Beachbody Fitness Programs nothing challenged me like the police academy or 2-a-day football practices. Now, thanks to Beachbody, I'm the most lean, muscular, and physically fit than I ever was before.
I became a Beachbody Coach because one of my greatest passions is fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals, gain confidence, and become the person they have always wanted to be physically, and mentally.

I got hired as a police officer and went through the police academy, which helped me stay into shape. Upon graduating, I hit the beat during the busiest time of the year, Summer! During that time, I fell back into the "college freshman 15" way of eating. I was eating pizza, subs, and just anything I could eat on the run. I also was lucky to work out once a week. After 6 months of this behavior, I was so out of shape, look horrible, and felt horrible. During the course of my duties as a police officer one hot summer day, I was attempting to apprehend a fugitive, when my heart started pounding out of my chest. I had to leave the scene and be seen by the local paramedics. My blood pressure was 148/90. I went to the doctors who diagnosed me with elevated blood pressure, and sent me for all kinds of test. I was SCARED. I knew I had to do something. One morning I saw the informerical for P90X! I said perfect. I ordered it shortly after. I began the program on 11/03/2008. Since then I never looked back. I lost 20 lbs of fat and 7% body fat using P90X, not mention my blood pressure is normal and I feel great! My story just goes to show, your life may depend directly on your level of fitness. Get in shape. Do it for you, your family, your health, your job. Just do your best and forget the rest!
