I was always very thin even after having my children. I was one of those people who could pretty much eat anything and not really ever work out. I quit smoking over 5 years ago. Between the quitting smoking and hitting menopause, I gained almost 25 pounds during the 3 years after quitting.

I started doing YBB in January 2007. I loved the yoga and flexibility that came with doing these dvds. I ended up ordering the lives and loved them as well. I saw some results but I think with the onset of menopause I needed some extra cardio.

So in June 2007, I started Turbo Jam. And at the same time, after some help from many supportive people (SIS's) on the boards, I finally got it in my head that I can not eat like I did years ago. I tried the 10 day kickstart and from then on have changed my eating habits.

The result of the changes in my diet and doing Turbo Jam with YBB once in awhile resulted in a loss of 27 lbs and an overall loss of almost 28 inches. My body fat decreased from 32% to 16%. Down 16%!!

In October of 2008, I won the Million Dollar body contest!! I was very excited and honored. Unfortunately one week after winning the contest, my father passed away. My grief seemed to stall my progress and I even gained some weight during the next several weeks. In December, I decided that I needed to get back on track and I did. I started eating healthy again and regained my motivation. This has helped me to deal with my loss.

My goal weight is 120, but my ultimate goal is to stay strong and continue to live a lifestyle that keeps me feeling young and healthy. I am currently pushing play to Chalean Extreme and loving it!! See ya in WOWY!!!
