My wife Barbara and I live in Salt Lake City Utah. I am 53 years young and out of shape.
I use to run 3 miles a day and was in great shape but as time has gone along I have lost all that.

My wife and I are both encouraged to be involved with this awsome company and the plan it offers to gain back what we may have lost do to situations in our lives that may have led us down this path of being out
