Hi. I'm Melissa, a 37 yo single mom of a 10 yo boy. My profession is Social Work and I work in the adoption field. Although I was a very successful college athlete I have not worked out consistently since then (14 yrs ago). I have a gym membership but rarely use it. Ready to do something about it!

Hi. I'm Melissa, a 37 yo single mom of a 10 yo boy. My profession is Social Work and I work in the adoption field. Although I was a very successful college athlete I have not worked out consistently since then (14 yrs ago). I have a gym membership but rarely use it. Ready to do something about it!

Most people will look at me and wonder what's wrong with me or say that I don't need to lose weight, or I should feel lucky because I have high metabolism. The truth is I don't feel good about my body right now. I've never struggled with a weight problem, but I have battled depression for years. When I work out, I feel better, look better, sleep better, have tons more energy and rarely experience depression. So just because someone looks a certain way,,,,don't assume they're not dealing with issues you can't see.

We are all here for reasons of our own with the same goal in mind: To be fit, healthy and get our SEXY back! C'mon ya'll. Help me out...I need the support.
