I've always been a skinny guy, and after University, decided to change. It's no fun being skinny! The good thing is I've always been able to see my abs due to my low body fat (currently at 8%).

After university, I started a health kick. I joined a gym and cooked everything for myself. I increased my overall muscle mass and weight by about 10lbs (from 140lbs to 150lbs)very quickly as my body was not used to working out. That was 2 years ago. I have stayed at that mass ever since, which is very frustrating!

My diet has evolved over time to become cleaner and leaner. I follow all the rules of eating and make everything myself. I now follow a 3000kcal meal plan (which includes recovery drinks etc).

I started working out at home and discovered P90X simply because my gym closed down due to refurb for 3 months, so the only option I had was to work out at home.

I am hoping that the variety and range of new exercises I've discovered in P90X helps me put on atleast 5lbs of muscle mass and lowering my already low body fat further would be a bonus.
