I am 33 years old, have two wonderful children, a son who is 13 and a daughter who is 5. I have been married to a wonderful man for the past 9 years. We all live in beautiful Kauai, Hawaii. I am a pediatric nurse practitioner and a nursing instructor. My interests are spending time with my family, horseback riding, piano, and raising Maltese dogs.

I have always been thin up until I had my second child and turned 30. Since then, my metabolism has seemed to change and I didn't have to worry about what I ate.

I have always been thin up until I had my second child and turned 30. Since then, my metabolism has seemed to change and I didn't have to worry about what I ate.

I love to exercise but it seems I have a hard time with staying committed. I lose 10 lbs and feel great and take a break for 1 month and then I realize I gained everything I lost back and have to start all over again. I just need support to stay motivated and committed to attaining the long term goal.
