I recently graduated from college and am in the US Air Force waiting to start pilot training. I have always been active on sports teams and done lots of physical labor. I am looking to try this program out and see how well it really works. I want to tone up, improve my conditioning and build some muscle.

Now I am looking to start a life long fitness program and healthy lifestyle that will keep me fit and healthy.
