as i get older each year, i realize more and more how important it is to maintain good health. with preservative-packed fast food and a history of type diabetes in my family, it is very important for me to take an active step to achieve an above average level of personal fitness. that's why i started up with beachbody programs and became a coach. not only did my own coach and sister, coach rosalinda, convince me that this was the place to be, but she also introduced me to a world of personal trainers and effective training/nutrition programs for a fresh outlook on my current workout routine. gone are the days of plateau and quitting, second guessing calorie needs and intake. beachbody programs, as well as my own hybrid workouts, are perfect for me. i've achieved awesome results and feel the most athletic i've ever felt. i continue to change my fitness goals as i meet previous ones, to keep my body guessing and constantly in a state of change. with the help of my favorite series, p90x, x+ and now p90x2, this is very possible! thanks beachbody!
