I am 45 years old and a mother of 3 teenage boys. I am a very fun and outgoing person and love to be active-skiing, biking, boating, etc. The last several months I felt a little sluggish. I was missing something and I need a challenge. So I ordered the P90X!!!!! I started P90X on 02/01/09. Felt good to have a goal again!!!!!!!!!!!

I started P90X 02/01/09. I just finished my first week and I am very soar!I have lost 3Lbs. I am feeling muscles that I forgot I had. I am already more confident, feeling good to have a goal and already seeing and feeling a difference in my body and my attitude. Thats just in one week!! Can't wait to "BRING IT" for week two. Just finished week two and I am not soar anymore!:) The routines are becomming more of a thought process instead of a challenge. I am not fighting the routines I am thinking them through and making adjustments where needed. I have lost a total of 5LBS in two week. I really do not feel like I am dieting. I have just changed my eating habits to a healthier menu. Just finished week three and I am definitley feeling stronger. I am doing P90X and then adding Power Half Hour routines for my trouble spots, (Butt & Thigh) on upper body days. Wow I am not loosing my balance anymore while I am doing the programs. Four weeks in and I have lost a total of 5lbs. I think I have actually gained weight(muscle). I took our hyper Border Collie for a jog and I felt great doing it!! He did not run me to the ground. We played soccer and had a muddy blast. You should of seen the look on my husbands face when we walked up the driveway-Priceless :).
