More statistics| tbookout I am 25 years old and am ready to see what my body can do. I have always worked out, on and off. My workout used to consist of 20-30 minutes of running followed by pushups/abs or light lifting. I have never been one to soley lift weights without doing any running, so P90X will be something totally different for me. My motivation is simply health and I really just want to see what my body can do | ?
