I lost 2 in. off my waste the first week, and today is the end of the first week with ramp it up and i lost one more inch. i wish i had lost more but i guess ill have to work harder. need some help More ...
I lost 2 in. off my waste the first week, and today is the end of the first week with ramp it up and i lost one more inch. i wish i had lost more but i guess ill have to work harder. need some help building up some energy. the only time i have to work out if after work at 7 or 8 at night and some days i find i have no energy left to spare but i still push it. i stop for a brake at times while exercising but i finish.
