I'm a 30 year old Rolfer from Hallowell Maine. I graduated with a MS in sports medicine and health fitness. I've always been energetic and outgoing, and fitness has always been a passion. I come from a very athletic and supportive family.
For the last year I've had a very hard time fitting in exercise. I'm constantly tired and have very low energy. I'm hoping Slim in 6

i'm like everyone else. i was active in highschool and weight was never an issue. i was a solid 130 lbs at 5'2. i was happy at my weight and very muscular.

i'm like everyone else. i was active in highschool and weight was never an issue. i was a solid 130 lbs at 5'2. i was happy at my weight and very muscular.
when i went off to college, i noticed i was heavier and "stalkier" than most of the other girls. i began visiting the gym on a daily basis. soon, it was 2-3 times a day, doing cardio and weight training. i was bored and obviously overtraining. i was determined i was not going to gain the freshman 15. by christmas time, i was down to 117 lbs. i felt thin and great! then, a comfortable relationship came along and it began a weight rollercoaster. over 6 years i went back and forth from 115-140. each time i gained, i broke a new record. i'd dive back into the heavy exercise routine and lose it all, only to hit another obstacle and gain it all(and them some) back. i remained very active all through college and taught 5-7 group fitness classes a week. i recieved fitness and personal training certifications and my masters degree in health fitness and exercise science. eventhough i was very active, my diet was horrible. i come from a family of 7 girls. dinners were always made in large portions, and that's the way i learned to cook. i started weight watcher meetings and discovered portion control. i got back down to a healthy 130.
no longer on weightwachers, I've leaped to an all-time high of 165 lbs. I'm hoping Slim in 6 will be as kind as it was the first time around :) My goal is 130.
