I am a 45 year old female living in California. I have always been a stay at home mom. I have 8 beautiful kids all between the ages of 22 yrs - 6 yrs old -- between being pregnant 7 times and life itself I am so out of shape. Time to shape it up, get fit, and start living !!! : )
