Here's my story: I have always tried to incorporate fitness into my life in one form or another - running, weight training, etc. Before I had a child, I was a fanatic, worked out 5-6 days a week and was in phenomenal shape. Over the years, however, and after having children, my workouts have been sporatic and definitely not a priority. Now that I am 40+ years old, my body has changed (not for the better!!!), and I am striving, with the help of BeachBody, to be more consistent with working out and, more importantly, getting more nutritionally fit. I am a middle-of-the-road eater, as in I eat somewhat nutritionally well, but still too much fat, sugar, calories. So . . . with the BeachBody regimen, my goal is to get really fit physically and to adapt much better eating habits - you have to know that it goes hand-in-hand. Another great thing about the whole philosophy, is that WORKING OUT AND BEING FIT MAKES ME FEEL 100% BETTER MENTALLY. These are my goals, and I'll keep you posted. Also, I'm sending good energy your way to achieve your fitness goals, as well!!!
