My passion is to inspire others into fitness for life! Fitness has always been an important part of my life. Recently I went through a couple years where I struggled tremendously with migraines. The migraines were so debilitating it was hard to function. I felt I wasn’t the person I used to be; the person that worked out at least once a day and always had a great attitude. After some time I made the decision that migraines weren’t going to run my life I was going to run my life! I had gained a lot of weight from the medications I was on and was very discouraged. I decided to simply just MOVE.

I had a hard time finding an at home fitness program that helped me stay interested and that was fun to do…not anymore! Turbo Jam and ChaLEAN Extreme are not only fun AND effective but addicting!! I try and vary my workouts as much as possible (Turbo, CLE, running, hiking, lifting weights, etc.)because fitness is a part of my lifestyle and burn out is NOT an option!!

Finding a fitness program that YOU enjoying doing is key. Fitness shouldn’t be a drag – it should be fun to do and something you look forward to doing! I love Beachbody’s products and would recommend them to anyone getting into fitness, maintaining fitness, breaking through a plateau, or trying to inspire others into fitness. ALL of Beachbody’s products work!
