As I have mentioned earlier, I HAVE DONE THIS PROGRAM BEFORE! Well, not

As I have mentioned earlier, I HAVE DONE THIS PROGRAM BEFORE! Well, not
really, but I have done something close to it. When I was 25, I had the
opportunity to train under the direction of a former NFL player with three
competition-level female bodybuilders. No one else was willing to train with
us, so we became a tight-knit, workout family. We worked out in the gym on
a six-day rotation; Monday thru Friday with day six on the following Monday.
How’s that for the 90s version of “muscle confusion”!? Nevertheless, I was
still able to create a fantastic physique for myself. It was the best body I ever
had… Until NOW! Oh, I have not reached that body of my mid-twenties yet…
But, I know it is coming!! So, Stay Tuned!

As I near the end of my first round of P90X, I realize that my results are
decent, but not even close to where I would like to be. If I had committed a
bit more time to maintaining the tight P90X schedule and if I were more strict
with my diet, my results would have been even better in my first round of the
program. However, I know that my second and third rounds will be even
more remarkable… so I’m not really that worried! I CONSIDER P90X a
program for LIFE. More importantly, I was able to prove that P90X will give
you the results that you want… even if it takes you more than 90 days. As
long as you “Push Play” and follow the schedule, you will have results…
guaranteed!!! So, “Push Play” and get ready to “BRING IT!” IT will change your
life, forever!
