I MUST tell you! I used to ignore Beachbody infomercials. I just figured that they were more of the same ol’ ‘fitness fad’ videos. And, I was never interested in learning complex dance steps or sweat to the oldies from other well-known fitness video producers… Then, one weekend morning in January 2008, the P90X infomercial aired not long after I had awakened. I turned to my wife and proclaimed, “THAT… would work!!” Sure enough, she heard me and the P90X kit became my surprise Valentine's Day present!
Even after believing that the P90X video series would transform me, I was still not in a rush to “BRING IT!”. SO, I let the videos sit… on my coffee table… for 9 months! Finally, in November 2008, I began the program. And after one week of Plyometrics and YogaX and many other workouts with which I was familiar, I knew that this program was LIKE NO OTHER! You see, I understood the science behind “Supersets” and “Super-stacking” fitness workouts! I was very familiar with the concept of “Muscle Confusion”… I had done this type of workout many years ago in my twenties (I will explain further in My Transformation story). And now that I am OVER 40, I really have not been motivated to drive back-and-forth to the gym. The additional GENIUS of the program is that it can be done with limited space and the most economical of fitness equipment. But, all of this praise is not worth anything without proven results!... NOT JUST WEIGHT LOSS, but displaying chiseled physiques. My team admits that the makers of P90X have truly conceived this program thoroughly!
Now it is time to share our results and commitment to what we believe to be the TRUE beginnings of a FITNESS REVOLUTION! And, The REVOLUTION has finally spread throughout the United States... Our army grows, and we need fit soldiers! Join Us!

As I have mentioned earlier, I HAVE DONE THIS PROGRAM BEFORE! Well, not really, but I have done something close to it. When I was 25, I had the opportunity to train under the direction of a former NFL player with three competition-level female bodybuilders. No one else was willing to train with us, so we became a tight-knit, workout family. We worked out in the gym on a six-day rotation; Monday thru Friday with day six on the following Monday. How’s that for the 90s version of “muscle confusion”!? Nevertheless, I was still able to create a fantastic physique for myself. It was the best body I ever had… Until NOW! Oh, I have not reached that body of my mid-twenties yet… But, I know it is coming!! So, Stay Tuned!
As I near the end of my first round of P90X, I realize that my results are decent, but not even close to where I would like to be. If I had committed a bit more time to maintaining the tight P90X schedule and if I were more strict with my diet, my results would have been even better in my first round of the program. However, I know that my second and third rounds will be even more remarkable… so I’m not really that worried! I CONSIDER P90X a program for LIFE. More importantly, I was able to prove that P90X will give you the results that you want… even if it takes you more than 90 days. As long as you “Push Play” and follow the schedule, you will have results… guaranteed!!! So, “Push Play” and get ready to “BRING IT!” IT will change your life, forever!
