My Story


Before P90X I worked out in the gym like most mid “twenties” males and never got results. I went to the gym and lifted weights the same way every day and never changed anything. I tried to bulk up and did right in the mid section. I enjoyed a fast food diet and the famous “double cheeseburger”. I also took protein supplements thinking it would help to gain
