My name is Tracy and I have always worked out but never stayed one program and finished anything. My weight has been all over the place I am tall 5'8" so to most people I am just fine but I know that I am not my ideal size. My goal is to become more fit an toned and I realize that with both of those terms comes weight loss. My goal is to become 150 pounds but with that have definition in my legs and arms. Always had a flat stomach very small waist so getting nice abs for me will be easy just need to get the rest of me nice and tight
I started Insanity but in the middle of the week so my official start date has been changed to start on Monday 9/26 Beach Body, family, friends, I am on a mission to see just what Sean T's Insanity can do for me. My husband who has always been muscular lost his only problem doing the 60 day program his tummy. His pants slacks look better. He is my inspiration as well because he never would workout but started because I inspired him to workout everyday as I ususually do. Transformation here I come.
