I'm trying to lose weight for two reasons. One, I want to look better and feel good about myself. Two, type 2 diabetes runs in my family and I don't want to develop it.

I've always thought I was fat. And since high school it seems that I have just gotten bigger and bigger. Now however I'm tired of it and ready to work hard to loose the weight.
