When I was 8 my family was torn apart, and I started comfort eating. When I was 12 I remember wearing size 13 in jrs clothing. People took photo's of me and my siblings, I was the biggest one, and my face looked so puffy. In my teen years I was shy and outcast because I was big. When I was a sophmore in High School, I dropped out and went to Job Corps. When I lived there I weighed 206, I didn't gain much when I was there, but as soon as i was on my own for a year I gained 22 lbs. I came back to Job Corps to work there again. I used a few supplements and walked 20 minutes a day. I lost 30 lbs. I was so happy to hit under 200 lbs. I found a boyfriend, and soon started stressing again and I gained 20 lbs again. I joined a fitness club and it didn't fit my schedule very well, so I didn't keep it up. In the summer of 2006 I worked at a camp. They had great food, which I ate alot of. I gained 24 more pounds. I weighed my self after camp started and I had weighed about 240 lbs. I didn't fit into any of the clothes that I brought with me at the beginning of camp. I had to buy several new outfits. When I started my job as a Youth director I started eating out alot. Over eating one time a day and not very healthy. One night I remember eating 2 hamburgers from wendy's 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 large orders of poppers from Arby's and I think a fry from McDonalds. One day I was at home watching an infomercial for slim in 6 and decided that that would be a program I would order because I was tired of being like this. I was so unhappy. I received the videos and started working out for two weeks. It was great, but I was still in a job that I couldn't take the time to exercise. Finally I quit my job (which was bringing on stress) and I started exercising. I found a job that allows me to choose my hours. I started in October doing my own program to the End of December. I lost about 20 inches. I restarted with Debbies program On January 1st I feel great It doesn't seem to be time to measure yet. Update: September 19th, 2008, I am starting the program up again, I am a size 16 right now. My clothes that were too tight in late 2005 I can wear again. My XL t-shirts are too big, and I am still to scared to try medium. I am hoping that this next six weeks I will be able to tone my body and be a size or two smaller. I am also going to start the program for the women at my church. Here we go again!!! I love Slim in Six!
