Well, I am starting over again. Two weeks on a mix of P90x and BBL. Want to lose 10 lbs and 2 sizes by first of the year. I am having to work different programs to avoid boredom, (sorry Tony!) Will measure on Monday, October 4, 2010 and get serious about my fitness! No mushy Nana for me!!

Ok! It is time to get serious about this. I am starting with Januaury 1, 2009 as the beginning of my transformation. I have challenged my children to come along for the ride. My oldest 3 children are all part of a couple. Each couple has been challenged to the 90 day regular P90x schedule. The couple with the combined most lost body fat percentage wins. Here goes the fun!!
