I am 37 and have 2 kids. I live in a northwest suburb of Chicago. I completed the P90X boot camp last year and I loved it! It was really hard, but my body got used to it. I toned up and lost a full size. I did not see a huge weight loss, but my body shape changed. Through another diet program, I have lost 20 pounds and now I have also completed the Chalean Extreme Program. I JUST STARTED INSANITY
