I finally decided to become a coach. I have been with the team beach body for some time. Beach body has helped me achieve many fitness goals and has also helped me refine my eating to achieve even greater results. I now am ready to help others achieve their success in fitness and health. I can share what I have learned and give you the support that you need to get through the hard days.

My story is very basic. After having two kids I was not happy with the shape I was in. Others told me that was to be expected and only surgery will get you back.I refused to believe that this was it. So I went searching and spent much time in the gym. It was only after I say an infomercial for P90X that it finally clicked. This made it easy since I can do this from home. I did not have to get the kids ready and take them to the gym. I got up early when everyone was sleeping and no matter if my husband was out of town, I could still workout.The workouts were hard but I kept pushing play and I rotate through other programs and even change it up with things outside. I am now training for an ultra marathon and beach body programs helped me achieve the fitness to attempt such a thing.
