I got sick and tired of feeling like crap all the time and decided to make a change. A guy I work with lost about 40 lbs on p90x so I decided to research it a little, I decided to try the p90 workout first and started on Dec. 11th of 2008. I was at 211 lbs on Dec 1 and today(March 5th, 2009) I weighed in at 185 lbs. I really feel like a new person and look forward to becoming even leaner and more

Let's see, I started doing p90 in December of 08' and lost 26 pounds in 90 days. I have noticed a significant difference in the way I look and feel. My blood pressure is significantly lower and have lots more energy. In the future I look forward to new and more intense workouts and would love to see my abs peek out finally.
