More statistics| theavgman A simple man living a wonderful life. Some time not so simple and not so wonderful. I have learned that last few days that I can depend upon my diet for a source of stability and predictability. I believe that my body has really been rewarding me for the intake of healthy food and good calories. The transformation is permeable everyday.
