A simple man living a wonderful life. Some time not so simple and not so wonderful. I have learned that last few days that I can depend upon my diet for a source of stability and predictability. I believe that my body has really been rewarding me for the intake of healthy food and good calories. The transformation is permeable everyday. The end result is going to be great but the path there

One thing that I am noticing is that the muscle memory is really kicking in with the diet and the work outs. My body is quickly getting back to it's best. From here out, it should reach for new heights.
I was in decent shape but never in extremely good shape. For the first part of my life I tried to gain weight and muscle. I probably peaked in college. The drinking never really allowed me to get into great shape. I don't think that my diet was all that great either. "More to come later."
