I'm Steve Stevenson and here's my story:

I've worked in the healthcare industry for over 15 years, in various departments. Over 4 years ago I decided to explore my passion for Heath & Wellness and became certified as a Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer. I thought it was the perfect opportunity to" have my cake & eat it too" by helping my family, friends, clients and myself attain a healthy lifestyle.

There are many reasons why people become motivated to be healthy. Some are born into a healthy, active lifestyle and find it very easy to maintain. Others, unfortunately develop bad habits along the way and find themselves in a "do over" situation where they have to start over from scratch. Since helping people has always been a passion of mine, I've made it a goal to help those who are ready for Wellness, no matter what the motivation is. I believe that together we can come up with a plan to keep the drive alive.

One of driving forces behind my quest for health is my family. I am a father of six children and a husband to a very supportive wife. I would love the opportunity to watch my children grow up and instill good habits in them, to pass on to their families. I try to take advantage any chance I get to include my family in my work-outs. By making it a family event (add some good old fashioned competition) exercise becomes fun and not work. By eliminating the intimidation factor, we are more likely to participate.

I was never a fan of "should of, would of, could of's" and therefore realize that there's no time like the present. I don't want to look back on any part of my life with regrets. I realize that nothing is promised to us. We have to do our part in this. I truly believe we can do it together.
