I have always loved to teach and help others. Through Beachbody, I have extended that to helping others feel healthier. In January of 2008, I started a “Feel Great in 08” group at my workplace. Through coaching and encouragement, core groups of after work walkers and “Hip Hoppers” (Hip Hop Abs video) started feeling the results of their efforts. Plus it was so fun! We rarely had time within I have always loved to teach and help others. Through Beachbody, I have extended that to helping others feel healthier. In January of 2008, I started a “Feel Great in 08” group at my workplace. Through coaching and encouragement, core groups of after work walkers and “Hip Hoppers” (Hip Hop Abs video) started feeling the results of their efforts. Plus it was so fun! We rarely had time within the work day to chat and connect, so this was as much a social time as an exercise time. I really loved being a driving force in getting my friends and coworkers thinking about exercise and fellowship together. The core group is still going (“Feeling Fine in 09”) and we have been faithfully working out to a combination of P90, Hip Hop Abs, and Turbo Jam.
I am happily married to “healthy dad” and the proud mommy of two wonderful boys, ages 2 ½ and 5. I have found it difficult to workout at home with small boys, laundry, dishes, cleaning, etc, so the after work - at work solution has been great for my family. I look forward to working with you as your personal Beachbody Coach.

I have been loosing and finding the same 10-15 pounds for most of my life. When I got engaged, I vowed to be a skinny, fit bride. I worked my tail off (literally) and went from a size 12 when I met More ...
I have been loosing and finding the same 10-15 pounds for most of my life. When I got engaged, I vowed to be a skinny, fit bride. I worked my tail off (literally) and went from a size 12 when I met my husband to a size 6-8 when we married. My arms were so defined and my back muscles were strong. I don’t remember having back pain that entire time. Well. . . Then the honeymoon happened with an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica. I got out of the exercise/eating healthy routine and found married life to be comfortable. A year later I got pregnant with our first child and enjoyed ice cream way too much. I did take a prenatal exercise class, but it just cancelled out the ice cream. After my first, the weight didn’t slide off, then I got pregnant with our second child. After he was born, my back pain increased immensely from carrying him and not having the muscles to support myself. Fast forward to today. . . I want to be healthy for my boys, be able to wrestle around with them, play outside - all without back pain. So, while I would of course love to always fit into my skinny jeans and have defined arms, even more so I would like to continue to have the stamina and energy to be a good mom - thefitmom.
