Hmm, I have no idea what to put here. I have a full time job (computers), so I sit a lot. I miss being skinny. I'm older, I got my son in to lifting weights and he has just been looking GREAT! I love it! But I stopped months ago and I look like I feel, OLD. I want to get back to where I used to be! I jumped out of planes, SCUBA, paintball and I used to Mountain bike avidly. Hmm, I have no idea what to put here. I have a full time job (computers), so I sit a lot. I miss being skinny. I'm older, I got my son in to lifting weights and he has just been looking GREAT! I love it! But I stopped months ago and I look like I feel, OLD. I want to get back to where I used to be! I jumped out of planes, SCUBA, paintball and I used to Mountain bike avidly. I used to be in a good enough shape to run 15 miles at ANY point in the military. I was the one that actually ran the military personnel in the mornings. Now I get winded walking up the stairs. I'm not bad on the outside because I can seem to HIDE my weight well but honestly, I am fat and sluggish when I take my shirt off. I feel tightness and I have a feeling that I've set myself up for a stroke or worst. I just want support and I new attitude and not just for working out but also for my life. I see the people here and I am so amazed and inspired! I want to be a member not because I'm here to look good but I want to feel good again about myself.

UPDATE: I had fallen off the program. I fell while snowboarding. Injured my tailbone pretty good but I am back on the program. I feel sluggish and over wieght. So I will come back with a renewed view.
