Let me encourage you and get you motivated! I am so excited to be a BeachBody Coach not only to reach my fitness goals but to help you too.

Hi my name is Kelly Homans. I currently live in Dallas Tx with my fiance and 2 dogs. Growing up I was very active in sports and dance class. Unfortunately, as I have been getting older I have noticed it is harder and harder to keep the weight off. The hardest challenge I have come across is keeping myself motivated to stick with a workout plan. I knew I had to start doing something when I found myself going up in pants size. This feeling was absolutely depressing. My schedule has been so hectic its really hard to make it to the gym. I began getting discouraged and unmotivated. A friend of mine told me about P90x. I have always seen the infomercials but was not a believer until I saw her results. I was so impressed by her progression I wanted my body to look like hers. I was ready to try it! I have been doing P90x and now I am addicted to the workouts. I do it on my own time and it takes about an hour a day, its like having a trainer without the cost. I have also changed my diet. My meal plan consists of high protein and good carbs and sadly cut out some of the alcohol. I also substitute one meal a day with Shakeolgy and I am seeing the results. I feel and see the healthier effects inside and out. My hair and skin are even looking better than ever! I am more motivated and passionate about working out than I have ever been because I am seeing the results! I am on my way to the body I have always wanted.
