I am married with 2 children and now in a week I will be 40. I am in fairly good physical condition but always seem to struggle with 10-20lbs.wt. gain around Aug. every year. then it takes me til Nov. to lose it all again and I have to work very hard to do it and maintain it. I love working out but I love to eat also. I am always trying new things because I crave variety. That is what I have

Well now it's supposed to be day 15 for me but really it is day 8. I went away and easily got distracted with the things in my life and did not press play for a week. However, I am back and need to stay dedicated. I feel fantastic after my workouts and I do look forward to them. I just find I cannot skip one day because then it is too easy to miss another. I have maintained the loss of 3 lbs and will continue with a great diet and exercise every day.
