What's up people! My name is Jeff and I am a Beachbody Coach. My passion, more than fitness alone, is Life--overall Wellness. There is nothing I enjoy more than seeing/helping someone live to their full potential.

My philosophy is simple: Good or bad, it's good. If it's a good situation, I'm enjoying life. If it's a bad/difficult situation, God is teaching me a lot. So either way, life is good. This philosophy has been put to the test recently with my brother's passing (8/24/09). While it has been the most difficult thing I've experienced, God has been faithful, and for that increase in my faith, I am thankful.

Professionally, I'm blessed to be able to do what I love. I am an Exercise Science major from Indiana University. I have 4 years experience as an intern in Physical Therapy, 4 years experience as a Conditioning Specialist, and now, I have opened my own company--The Next Step. It offers standard personal training, along with bridging the gap from Rehab to functional/performance training.

I have received local and national recognition for my work with Multiple Sclerosis, published articles for Active Life Guide, and even done some fitness modeling.

Anyone who knows me, knows I don't follow hype. I often need credible, scientific information for be to 'buy in' to something. Even though it was family that approached me (thank you Bruce and Kathy) to be a 'Beachbody' Coach, I was skeptical! But after doing the research and seeing that Beachbody has trekked far down the Health and Fitness --in the right direction-- I'm proud to say I am apart of their movement.
