My name is Jerry Tyler. I’m 42 years old and live in Modesto, CA. I know what
it’s like to live an active lifestyle and maintain an above average fitness level.
During my youth, I was in near constant motion with football, baseball, track
& field and other team sports. Over the years, I also found a number of
recreational sports that I enjoy. Snow skiing is my passion but I also like to
ride my mountain bike, inline skate and play golf.

Unfortunately, it has been about 5 years since I participated in any regular
activity to really get my heart pumping. I now have about 15 extra pounds
that prove it. I watched the commercial for P90X, looked down at my gut,
and decided that I had to do something to get back in shape. I’ve never
followed a video/DVD workout program but P90X is the type of workout I
used to thrive on.

I want to take others with me on my journey back to living an active lifestyle
so choosing to become a Beachbody Coach was an easy decision to make. If
you live in the Modesto area, maybe we can workout, ride or skate together.
For those of you who live elsewhere, I would love to be the coach that gets
you off the couch and moving toward your health and fitness goals.
