I am starting this program today. I am 5'8" and about 150. Not overweight, but feeling tired and out of shape. I used to go to the gym regularly and enjoy running and exercising -- but as a new father since Oct., a lot of that has been washed away. Looking to get into the best shape of my life with P90X.
