I have always wanted to be in great shape and have always fallen short. I've watched the P90X infomercials and I finally ordered it and can't wait to get started. My biggest challenge will be eating. I have been tracking my calories for 6 weeks now and know I can control my intake. Right now my target is 1200 to 1500 a day and have allowed myself one day "off" a week to eat what I want to keep it
