Transformation story

I have struggled with my weight for my entire life. I have tried this diet and
that diet and have made several New Year's Resolutions that this would be

I have struggled with my weight for my entire life. I have tried this diet and
that diet and have made several New Year's Resolutions that this would be
the year I would finally get into shape. I have had gym memberships and I
even own an elliptical[well, I did own an elliptical until I recently gave it to my mother!:)]. I have also tried both Jenny Craig and Nutrisystem, but
even they get old. Gym memberships are fine and one usually starts out with
good intentions, but unless you are a trainer, you really don't know what to
do once you get there. Also, they aren't always open when you need them to
be so it is not always convenient. Plus, who wants to have to get ready to go get sweaty? Needless to say, I have never stuck with the elliptical, the gym memberships
or the special diets.

I had a friend who started doing P90X and he really seemed to like it. I did
some research and knew I wasn't in good enough shape for P90X, so I
thought I'd try Power 90 first. I completed Power 90 and think it is a great
program. I made a lot of improvement in my physical condition and it well
prepared me for P90X. I have used P90X as my main fitness program ever since and I love it.
I love the fact that there is a big variety in the workouts and you do a
different workout every day. It keeps the program from being monotonous.
It does take some time to complete the workouts and they are not easy, but I
have noticed a lot of improvement in my performance and I continue to improve. I can do things now that I could not do when I started the program, nor was I sure I would ever be able to do some of those exercies. I feel great once I am done with the workout. This is something I will definitely stick with. My goal is to get into the best shape that I can personally achieve. I feel very positive and encouraged because people are starting to finally notice that I appear to be getting fit. That is one great feeling and it gives me a lot of motivation and enthusiasm to keep bringing it!

If I can do these workouts, I know others can, too. They just have to give themselves a chance and have a little faith that if they follow the prorgram and eat clean, it will work. As Tony Horton says, "Do your best and forget the rest!" Bring it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
