life,(especially after having 3 children, Trey-11, Octavia-9, and Denzel-5,
and a miscarriage). I have been on an emotional rollercoaster in my life, with
my family not accepting my marriage, then by seperating, moving out of

and a miscarriage). I have been on an emotional rollercoaster in my life, with
my family not accepting my marriage, then by seperating, moving out of
state, then moving back, and getting back with my husband. CRAZY. and
thats not all. Depression is a constant battle, but excersing always tends to
help. When I ordered Chalene's Turbo Jam, it was a blessing. Then, I had an
injury at work and had to have knee surgery, putting me behind once more.
But with God on my side I know I can come back. One of my favorite sayings
is "God never gives you more than you can handle." You just have to bounce
back and keep on keeping on. I have always loved beachbody products, but
I've noticed its consistency that really works with everything(excersise and
diet.) I am at my heaviest(225) and sick of it. It will affect my health and with
3 kids into sports and everything else, my energy should go to them. Not
stressing about my weight. I'm ready for a lifestyle change to make myself
happy which in turn will make everyone around me happier. Hope to see you
