I have been at this for 8 mths, didn't quite finish the challenge, but I did
make fitness a regular part of my life. I am not use to this added weight, but
after having 2 beautiful children 2 years apart, and being over 30 when
accomplishing this feat, my body has changed. I will get to the weight that I
am comfortable at before my youngest turns 1, slow and steady. I may have

Transformation story

I started P90 19 months after giving birth to my 1st child. I had to do
something,I could not deal w/ what having a baby via c-section in my 30s
had done to my body. I did not know More ...
I started P90 19 months after giving birth to my 1st child. I had to do
something,I could not deal w/ what having a baby via c-section in my 30s
had done to my body. I did not know anything about recovering my figure
due to the fact I did not have to do anything to maintain it prior to pregnancy.
Things were looking bad, but I managed to lose 40 of the 50lbs I gained
during that pregnancy and shape up my body. I did not get a chance to
finish the program before finding out I was pregnant again (I guess hubby
liked my transforming P90 body a lil too much, LOL). Move forward to
pregnancy number 2.

I worked out up until 7mths of pregnancy and still managed to gain 70lbs
during this pregnancy, and a lovely diastasis recti. The 2nd pregnancy made
my body completely unrecognizable, after getting over the depression of the
changes, I realised all of the extra was me, and would be me unless I did
something about it. I did not want to go straight back to Tony, let's face it
P90 kicks but, I wanted to work my way back to it so I purchased more BB
products, love Chalene, she had me at,"it's time to Par-Tay" I worked Turbo
Jam to the fullest, took weekly pics, and started seeing the girl I was before
pregnancy returning. Through the pics I also saw myself aquiring the body I
wish I had in my 20s.

Now, minus 70lbs, working on loosing the last 15, yes I said 15lbs, I am
going for a better body than my pre-pregnancy, I have become H-squared,
happy and healthy with BB, I decided to revisit my P90 (shyly returning to
Tony) to see how I can transform my Beach Body even more, putting the icing
on the cake. I have almost every program and plan on doing a rotation of
each through 2008, I don't know if I will be brave enough to do P90X, but
after seeing how this body has transformed, who knows what the future
holds.

Now tackling P90X, who know's what tomorrow will bring.
