My name is Tiffany (TiffgetsFit on the message boards)! I live in North Carolina, have a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and I work in Admin at Duke. I've always been 135ish without working out a day in my life. In 2005, I graduated from college. After too much celebrating, I started grad school 30 pounds heavier. I struggled with the weight and More ...
I've always been 135ish without working out a day in my life. In 2005, I graduated from college. After too much celebrating, I started grad school 30 pounds heavier. I struggled with the weight and yo-yo'd. In summer of 2007, I weighed my heaviest at 173. I was depressed and I felt lost and helpless. After a Slim in 6 infomercial, I decided that doing this on my own wasn't working and this program could provide me with the structure I needed. I struggled through this program for 6 weeks, emotionally and physically, but came out 11 pounds lighter and drastically reshaped without even changing my eating habits. Over the next 2 months, I lost another 7 pounds and toned up a lot...then I got pregnant with my first child. I truly thank Beachbody for teaching me so much about nutrition and fitness. I was down to 147 just a month after having my daughter in 2008. Since then, I've done Turbo Jam, Slim Series, ChaLEAN Extreme, Power 90, P90X, Brazil Butt Lift and many others. I currently weigh 137 and am almost a size 6 after being a size 15/16 in 2007. Almost there! And I've had another child since then!
