My name is Wayne Tillman. I have always been involved in sports either as a player or coach, and i have always been intersted in health and fitness. As a Christian, i do believe that the body is God's temple and we should do everything we can to keep God's temple in great shape. If you roof leaks on your house or if a window is broken or a dorr comes of the hinges, we will do whatever we can to fix that problem. Now look at your body. When we do things like smoke, drink and most importantly eat unhealthy foods and do not exercise, then our bodies, like the house begins to deteriorate. So that is why i decided to join Team Beach Body because i believe i was sent here to help people who need motivation, inspiration and the desire to look better, feel better and live longer. As a Health and Physical Education major, i am alarmed at the fact that our youth in America are over weight, and in terrible physical shape. No kids are outside playing sports anymore, they are too busy sitting in front of the television playing video games, or spending countless hours on the computer. I want to help change this trend and i don't think i could have found a better place to do that except through Beach Body. So come on and lets roll our sleeves up and get America healthy again.
