I have always enjoyed a fit and active lifestyle. After going through P90X at least 4 different times I added "one on one's" with Tony and Insanity to incorporate into my workouts. I completed what I consider my 1st phase of P90X back in July. I was able to cut down my body fat and become physically stronger and mentally healthy. My goal for my first 90 days was to get cut while gaining strength. I achieved exactly what I set out to do by giving a 100% commitment to the program. I am currently on my 2nd 90 days of P90X with my goal of adding 10 lbs. of muscle. After going through the program once it helped me to understand what was coming the 2nd time around. With a little tweaking and some supplemental workouts I am on my way towards achieving my next goal. I am just starting the second phase of the workout and have gained 4 lbs. I am continuing the journey to becoming the healthiest person I can be....it will be a journey that won't end. JUST STARTED P90X2 JAN. 1, 2012.....THE JOURNEY CONTINUES
