I'm a busy single Mom with 2 boys. I enjoy being active, cycling and snowboarding and would like to think I lead a active lifestyle. My challenge is that I travel for work and I am 'on the road' for about 2 weeks a month...which translates to lots of eating out, time changes, and jet lag. The weeks I'm not traveling are equally as chaotic chauffeuring kids to
school/sports/friends etc. My goal

Finished my first 30 days of P90X and I feel great. Have not experienced significant weight loss, but I feel stronger and have noticed changes in my waist/abs. My goal this month is to maintain a good eating schedule and keep up with the workouts while I'm traveling.

Now I'm past my 60 days of P90X. Love the program and overall feel healthy and stronger. My committment over the last 30 days has been less than stellar. The whole travel and living in hotels 2 weeks a month is more challenging than I thought it would be. I have not given up hope... and am
re-committing in the next 30 days to give up all excuses and just push play!
