A lot of challenges in my life have had me take a back burner with Beachbody. But I am ready to "hit it" again!

UPDATE: HEY ALL, after almost a year or more "break" I'M BACK!!!
A lot of challenges in my life have had me take a back burner with Beachbody. But I am ready to "hit it" again!

My mother/best friend finally got to go be with the Lord in Dec 2010, I am divorced, have moved, yet again, lol, and now living in "PARADISE" ~ Cape Coral, FL. I have recently accepted a proposal from a wonderful man, and both of us had sworn off marriage ever again.

I am SOOOOO ready to get back in the Beachbody community, although I have been fortunate enough that many of my "friends" here have stayed in touch throughout the last year or so during my "sabatical", lol, from BB.

So that is the latest, newest on me, now c'mon join me with my favorite trainer CHALENE and "LET'S KICK IT" YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!



My name Deb Harris (Tink53), I am first a mom to 3 wonderful boys, Matthew,22, is Down syndrome, Nick,15,& Jackson 14, they are my LIFE.

I have fought with my weight all my life. I graduated high school weighing 167 and on a 5'3" body, that's A LOT!!I went on to college gained the "freshman 15+",in the summer of my sophomore yr. my father and I decided to "diet together" I got down to 135. I was estactic! As the years past, I was able to keep it there gaining a 3-5 lbs here and there. In 1986, my father died,I moved back to Dayton to be with him in his final days. In 1988, when I was pregnant with Matthew, I gained 70lbs!! I also lost a baby to an amniocentis in 1990.

I decided to have a gastric bypass, because I had balooned up to 221. BIG MISTAKE! I was at 82 lbs in 6 months! I lost all my freckles, most of my hair and all my strength. I could do nothing on my own. I couldn't walk,or anything. My husband and mother begged the dr. to reverse the surgery, he refused and ended up doing 2 additional surgeries for "lengthening". I also ended up losing my gallbladder, appendix, 2 1/2" off tailbone, and in return got extremly depressed, anxiety/panic attacks,and PTD. I also got some kind of "bruising" all over my legs, my family doctors,had no idea what it was,5 cortizone shots later,it started to fade. They knew and I knew I was dying. I was sent to OSU to see the dr.'s there. They told me that I had 2 choices, a total reversal, or a pine box! No choice w/a special needs child. I had the reversal and after a long hospital stay,recovered.

Never supposed to be able to have children, in 1995, I found out I was pregnant, then again in 1996. I said,"K, whatever wasn't working is now, make it stop" not going for a basketball team here;) So my 2 youngest say they are my "2 for 1" special, God took my little girl, and gave me 2 more boys"! I found TurboJam about 2 years ago and finally bought it in 2007.

I AM A TURBOJAM JUNKIE FOR LIFE! CHALENE saved me. I do am & pm workouts mixing TJ, HHA and now ChaLEAN Extreme. I feel and look better than I have in a long time!

I never knew that this was also a business opportunity, so glad it is, because just when I think I am broke, a commission check comes in,a being now a single mom of 3 GROWING boys, it helps. And the fun thing is, I don't have to leave my house, I get to help people with their health and fitness, and I can EARN an income!! WOW!

Also, BB doesn't just change the physical you, but the mental,emotional(yes they are different)and even spiritual you. It helps so much with depression, anxiety, and a host of medical problems. So why not join me on this journey of life,become a member,join the club, or better yet, become a coach and help all those that you can reach. You couldn't find a better industry & company to work with,not for! I am here to help you in any way I can and will be with you throughout your whole journey. The year 2009 was really a struggle for me, but I haven't given up thanks to my BB buddies who keep in touch. Whether I am your assigned coach or not, I hope you stick with me, TEAM effort really pays off! NEVER GIVE UP!!!! KEEP PUSHING PLAY!!

The year 2010 started off unlike I expected, my divorce hanging in the balance after 23 years is almost finalized, my mother is also ready to go and be with my father in Heaven. I have had a lot of personal struggles in the last couple of years but I realize I also have lots of BB buddies that are keeping in touch and not just thru BB, emails, cards, etc, has kept me going and I HAVE NOT GIVEN UP, I put myself on the back burner as far as fitness, but thru those faithful friends, I am slowly but surely getting back to it, I need to be dedicated again to myself, because my health/fitness is very important, and I need to keep healthy for not only myself but my children. Because of illnesses and medications my weight has gone up a bit, but I am getting that under control with changes to the medication and getting my on-going medical condition under control. I am still within my target zone but need to get that final 10 gone and I WILL SUCEDE with the support of all of you and BB!

So again, I am saying, Stick with me and I will stick with you, keep the emails coming, I am struggling like the rest of you, I am human, but I want you to know again that whether I am your assigned coach or not, I hope you stick with me, TEAM effort really pays off! NEVER GIVE UP!!!! KEEP PUSHING PLAY!!
