I have struggled with weight loss most of my adult life. i am a yo-yo dieter and often fade from working out enough. i recently purchased Power 90 and then i plan to do Insanity after that. i want to lose 40 lbs! mostly i just want to feel and look good, but i am also doing it for my kids, Noah-5 and Emma-2. :) | ?
