I played every sport available in highschool, then joined the military and played basketball, volleyball, and ran track. Taught aerobics, ran triathlons. Basically, I was a badd-azz.
Now, I'm retired military, sitting on my butt in front of a computer all day, getting home late, after driving in DC traffic (read - two to three hour commute every day), and I've gained 60lbs. I can't stand this anymore, and I've not been able to stick to my resolve for other programs, so as of 091609, I'm giving P90X a shot.
