When I reached 148 pounds I knew that I needed to do something. I'm only 4'11 tall and have a small bone frame. It was becoming difficult to walk up a hill. I do a lot of computer work so my seat was spreading like a "sofa" and I expected any day when I went outside that possibly the birds might want to perch on it so I knew this MUST STOP! I'm now at 140 and I've been loosing approximately 1 to 2 pounds a week. I've started using Alli as an assist and I've been working on portions and now I'm doing the Slim in 6, which I might add I love. I hope to be down to at least a size petite 4 by Christmas or maybe sooner, but I definitely will not be anywhere near 140 pounds ever again.
