Ready to work and get my pre-baby body back! My son was born in September 2008; I had a very rough pregnancy and gained 58 pounds! I've lost most of that weight but still have a long way to go. Even though my son was worth every bit of it, I NEED to get back to not only my old self, but a stronger, better version!

I did half of the P90X program in April and May 2009. I didn't lose much weight, but I did see an incredible increase in strength and endurance. I'm going to do a modified version of the P90X More ...
I did half of the P90X program in April and May 2009. I didn't lose much weight, but I did see an incredible increase in strength and endurance. I'm going to do a modified version of the P90X program starting again 8/2/10...so we'll see what happens this time. I'm 8 pounds lighter than I was last time around - and I'm 2 years post-partum instead of 7 months! I think part of my problem last time was that I tried to do too much too soon after having a baby.
