I am a 34 year old Health Insurance agent who works part time in the office doing sedentary work and the rest of my time is devoted to my family and growing my business. I am a happy wife and Mom of a 4 person family. My husband loves me no matter what and I couldn't ask for a better set of daughters. My family is the joy of my life.

I use to be so active. I didn't really watch what I ate, but was able to burn those calories w/o even realizing it. My blood pressure is too high now and since we can't afford health insurance right now, I've got to maintain my blood pressure on my own.

I bought those Turbo Jam DVD's and love most of them. I am a member of a club, but don't have the time to go. I have to make time! Summer is the perfect time to get fit. Next summer, I want to be fit. I've got lots of pounds to lose and plenty of motivaton to push myself through it. I want to feel better! I'm only 34 and want to FEEL like I'm only 34 - ya know?

There are so many things I won't do because of how I feel about myself and that has to change. I can't wait to look in the mirror and like what I see. My whole demeanor will change!

Transformation story

I am unhealthy, overweight and have high blood pressure and have had a problem with my weight since I had my beautiful children. I have a hard time keeping the weight off because I am sedentary and love to eat. I use to be active, but family life has slowed down my need to take care of myself. Now my health is not where it should be at, and I've made up my mind that things have to change.
