I stated P90X in March 2010. After a lot of scepticism, I realized that the program really does work. Since then I have been actively using these workouts in my everyday routines. I have been eating better the past year and have really seem some good results. I am leaner than I have ever been in my life and feel great! I have more muscle mass than I have ever had in the past and have reduced my body fat percentage. I was never able to do many pullups, but continue to surprise myself each time I workout. My cario has increased and energy levels have never been higher!
