Massillon, OH Hello! My name is Tim from Canton, OH. I have always tried to stay active and thought I was always in pretty good shape. I have been working out on and off since my sophomore year of high school, and considering that I had my 10 year high school reunion last year, I have been at this a long time. I was unhappy with my energy levels and the results I was seeing over the past few years; I was Hello! My name is Tim from Canton, OH. I have always tried to stay active and thought I was always in pretty good shape. I have been working out on and off since my sophomore year of high school, and considering that I had my 10 year high school reunion last year, I have been at this a long time. I was unhappy with my energy levels and the results I was seeing over the past few years; I was the perfect example of the "plateau effect". I felt like I was always going to be the skinny kid, and never really achieve anything more than what I did in high school. The problem was that I was doing the same routine over and over and expecting changes that were never going to happen; I was bored! I needed something to change my thought process, and spark new motivation! About two years ago, I saw an infomercial about a fitness program called P90X. I was skeptical at first and thought this was just another get fit quick program that really didn't work. After ignoring it for a while, I began to see the stories of people who have tried this program and the results they were getting. It really struck home, when people I personally knew were making the commitment to this program and having awesome results. At this point, I decided that I would try the program to see if it would work for me. Being young and untouchable, I figured this would be something that I could jump right into; I was wrong. After the first few weeks of being the sorest I have ever been in my life and fighting to stay awake through the work day, I realized this program was the real deal. I stuck with the schedule and began to see results in just a few weeks. My flexibility, cardio stamina, and energy levels all increased. My body was lean and I felt great! More recently with the help of my beautiful wife, I started to eat better and incorporate these workouts into my every day schedule. I have never felt better. I am committed to changing my lifestyle and helping others realize the importance of eating right and staying active. This is why I decided to join team Beachbody as a coach. I hope that I can share my story with others and help them make changes in their lives. Beachbody offers all kinds of different programs designed for anyone looking to make lasting changes in their lives. They don’t focus on expensive gym memberships and fancy miracle equipment that end up being clothing racks. They focus on hard work and putting only good things back into the body. I stated P90X in March 2010. After a lot of scepticism, I realized that the program really does work. Since then I have been actively using these workouts in my everyday routines. I have been eating better the past year and have really seem some good results. I am leaner than I have ever been in my life and feel great! I have more muscle mass than I have ever had in the past and have reduced my body fat percentage. I was never able to do many pullups, but continue to surprise myself each time I workout. My cario has increased and energy levels have never been higher!
